If the test result displays "We were able to log on to the Mailbox", your issue may be related to the Outlook client. If the issue only happened to your Exchange account, in order to futher analyze the connection between your account and the exchange server, please try to test "Outlook Connectivity" on the microsoft remote connectivity analyzer with your wifi home network, it would display the steps Outlook uses to connect from the internet and help us troubleshoot the connective issues. If other accounts also couldn't send/receive through this network, the issue may be related to the network itself, please first try to restart your router and check your network configuration. Did this issue only occur on your Exchange account? Could other accounts work normally through your wifi home network?
